UPSKILL TRAINING FOR ASEAN TOOLBOX COMPETENCY ASSESSOR ACCORDING TO MRA-TP HANDBOOK 2018 PART 4

Abstract

Purpose: This community service has many goals. First, gives an understanding of assessors related to SE.004/BNSP/II/2022 regarding the application of the ASEAN toolbox instrument in implementation work competency certification. Second, gives an understanding of assessors related to MR-TP Handbook 2018 – Part 4. Third, provides skills for the assessor for arranging planning assessment and assessment instruments following the Mutual Recognition Agreement/MRA-TP Handbook 2018 Part 4. Fourth, provides skills for the assessor for doing assessment using assessment instrument (AI) ASEAN Toolboxes, Fifth, gives skills to the assessor for giving contribution in validation assessment instrument (AI) ASEAN Toolboxes. Methods: These community service methods are lecturing, discussions, assignments, role play, and evaluation. Implementation training cannot make one from various LSPs because this training will continue to compose assessment instrument (AI), where assessment instrument (AI) is secret. Because of that, training is held only at LSP Tourism Wiyata Nusantara as a community service partner. Results and discussions: There are many results from this community service. First, more than 80% of participants understand SE.004/BNSP/II/2022 regarding the application of the ASEAN toolbox instrument in the implementation work competency certification. Second, more than 80% of participants understand the MRA – TP Handbook. Third, more than 80% of participants understand regarding Plan and Organizing the Assessment Process. Fourth, more than 80% of participants understand The Process of Assessment. Fifth, more than 80% of participants understand the Review of the Assessment Process. Conclusion: Results of this community service are already following the expected target.
