THE EFFECT OF WORK CONFLICT AND WORK STRESS ON THE EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY IN WAROENG SPECIAL SAMBAL (SS) YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effect of Work Conflict and Work Stress on the Employee Productivity. To test the hypotheses, a multiple regression analysis was conducted by employing SPSS 20. A hundred survey data were collected from employees at the central office of Waroeng Special Sambal (SS) Yogyakarta. The results show that Work Confiict has a significant negative effect on Employee Productivity, Work Stress has a significant negative effect on employee productivity, and Work Confiict and Work Stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Productivity. This study suggests several practical and theoretical implications.
