Mengintegrasikan teknik manajemen diri dan permainan congklak dalam konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar

Abstract


Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan membuktikan efektivitas pengintegrasian manajemen diri dan permainan congklak dalam layanan konseling kelompok, memberikan pendekatan baru dan lebih holistik dalam pembelajaran dan pengembangan diri siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari penelusuran Google Scholar, antara lain jurnal, tesis, dan prosiding konferensi. Pengumpulan data melibatkan pencarian Google Cendekia dan mengidentifikasi total 26.800 literatur yang relevan. Data yang terkumpul direduksi menurut diagram alir dan diklasifikasikan untuk menentukan sumber, metode, instrumen, hasil, dan pelaksanaan setiap data. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode interpretasi langsung. Temuannya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik manajemen diri membekali siswa dengan kemampuan mengatur waktu, menetapkan tujuan, serta memantau dan mengevaluasi kemajuan belajarnya secara mandiri. Selain itu, permainan congklak yang interaktif dan strategis membantu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan dan kolaboratif. Implementasi temuan ini dapat dicapai dengan memasukkan pendekatan ini ke dalam kurikulum sekolah, sehingga menumbuhkan lingkungan yang mendukung kemandirian siswa dan perkembangan holistik.
