Upaya Mereduksi Kejenuhan Belajar Siswa Akibat Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 melalui Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Berbasis Motivasi Akademik

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereduksi kejenuhan belajar siswa selama pembelajaran jarak jauh melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis motivasi akademik. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 12 siswa kelas XI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan skala yang kemudian dianalisis dengan software SPSS. Pada siklus I rerata skor kejenuhan belajar siswa berkurang menjadi 41,33 atau terdapat reduksi skor kejenuhan belajar sebesar 7.83 dibanding pra tindakan. Pada siklus II, rerata skor kejenuhan belajar kembali berkurang menjadi 39,5 atau 1.83 poin lebih rendah dari rerata skor siklus I. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis motivasi akademik terbukti dapat mereduksi kejenuhan belajar siswa selama masa pembelajaran jarak jauh.
