PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN

Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to find out: (1) The Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Turnover Intention of TBK Group employees, (2) The Effect of Work Environment on the Turnover Intention of TBK Group employees, and (3) The Effect of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on the Turnover Intention of TBK Group employees. This research is survey-based research involving 100 employees whose work in the culinary business at PT. Terus Berbuat Kebaikan (TBK Group). The sampling technique in this study is random. Data was collected using interviews and questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant negative effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of TBK Group employees (β = -0.608; p = 0.000; ΔR2 = 33.7%); (2) there is a significant negative effect of Work Environment on Turnover Intention of TBK Group employees (β = -0.850; p = 0.000; ΔR2 = 70.1%); (3) there is a significant negative effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Environment on Turnover Intention of TBK Group employees (Job Satisfaction β = -0.393; p = 0.000; β Work Environment -0.743; p = 0.000; ΔR2 = 83.1%). Further research can explore other variables or expand the object of research to analyze culinary businesses from other cities in Indonesia.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan TBK Group, (2) Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan TBK Group, dan (3) Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan TBK Group. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di bisnis kuliner PT. Terus Berbuat Kebaikan (TBK Group), Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan angket kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan TBK Group (β = -0,608; p = 0,000; ΔR2 = 33,7%); (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan TBK Group (β = -0,850; p = 0,000; ΔR2 = 70,1%); (3) terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan TBK Group (Kepuasan Kerja β = -0,393; p=0,000; β Lingkungan Kerja -0,743; p=0,000; ΔR2 = 83,1%). Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengeksplorasi variabel lain atau memperluas objek penelitian guna menganalisis bisnis kuliner dari berbagai kota di Indonesia.
