BAGAIMANA LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN, LITERASI EKONOMI, DAN LITERASI KEUANGAN BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM DENGAN LOCUS OF CONTROL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI?

Abstract


Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of locus of control in moderating the relationship between educational background, economic literacy, and financial literacy on the performance of SMEs. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with an inferential type. The data collection is done through a questionnaire. The population in this study is made up of MSME actors in Makassar City, totaling 1,120 people. With certain considerations, by purposive sampling it was determined that there were 700 MSME actors. The data analysis used is path analysis. Based on the results of locus of control data analysis, it can mediate the relationship between educational background, economic literacy skills, and financial literacy and the performance of MSMEs.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi locus of control dalam memoderasi hubungan antara latar belakang pendidikan, literasi ekonomi, dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantititaf dengan jenis inferensial. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 1.120 orang. Dengan pertimbangan tertentu, secara purposive sampling ditentukan sebanyak 700 orang pelaku UMKM. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data locus of control dapat memediasi hubungan antara latar belakang pendidikan, kemampuan literasi ekonomi dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM.
