Melindungi Remaja indonesia: Pendidikan Seksual Berbasis Literasi Pornografi untuk Mencegah Kecanduan Pornografi pada Remaja

Abstract


Perkembangan internet memudahkan akses ke konten pornografi, meningkatkan kekhawatiran tentang dampaknya pada anak-anak, seperti desensitisasi, normalisasi pelecehan seksual, dan potensi pelanggaran di masa depan. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak kecanduan pornografi pada remaja, yang mencakup perilaku impulsif, masalah perilaku seksual, dan perubahan struktur otak. Data menunjukkan tingginya prevalensi paparan pornografi di kalangan remaja Indonesia, mempengaruhi perkembangan sosial-emosional dan prestasi akademis mereka. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur analisis konsep. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan seksual yang mencakup literasi pornografi dapat membantu remaja memahami seksualitas secara sehat, mengurangi risiko kecanduan, dan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Pendidikan seks sejak dini menjadi solusi efektif untuk mencegah paparan pornografi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi materi pornografi dalam kurikulum pendidikan seksual dengan melibatkan kementerian terkait untuk memberikan pemahaman holistik. Upaya blokir konten pornografi oleh KOMINFO dan psikoedukasi melalui sekolah dapat membantu orang tua memberikan pendidikan seksual yang benar dan mengurangi risiko paparan pada remaja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendasari kebijakan dan intervensi efektif untuk melindungi remaja dari dampak negatif pornografi.
