Abstract


The purpose of this study is to build a model of academic productivity of teachers. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach by using survey methods for data retrieval using instruments or measuring instruments of research from a sample that represents the population consisting of academic productivity scale, competency scale, headmaster leadership scale and innovative teacher Behavior Scale. The characteristics of the population in this study are teachers who are still active, have educational certification, teaching experience of at least 2 years. Data analysis techniques used in this study using Structural Equation modeling (SEM)approach
