Implementasi pendidikan transformatif di sekolah dasar

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pendidikan transformatif di Sekolah Dasar, dengan fokus pada peran kepemimpinan dalam mendorong inovasi dan pengembangan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta observasi langsung di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformatif memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan potensi siswa, baik dalam aspek akademik maupun karakter. Kepala sekolah yang menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan transformatif mampu menginspirasi guru untuk melakukan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya model kepemimpinan yang progresif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di tingkat dasar, serta memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi pendidikan yang berkelanjutan di era digital.
