KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL BENTUK GEOMETRI MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA BALOK SUSUN PADA KELOMPOK A TK MASYITHOH AL FUTUH

Abstract


The research aims to improve the ability to recognize geometric shapes through block media children of the
Masyithoh Al Futuh Pandes Wonokromo Pleret Bantul A TK group. The type of research used is Classroom
Action.This study consisted of three cycles. The subjects of this study were 5 children in Group A TK Masyithoh
Al Futuh Pandes Wonokromo Pleret Bantul, which consisted of 2 girls and 3 boys. The object of this research is
the ability to recognize geometric shapes. The technique of collecting datat hrough observaston and
documentation. The instrument used is the observation sheet for children’s activities, teacher activity observation
sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out in the ability to recognize geometric shapes
after learning thrugh block media. The steps taken so that it can improve the ability to recognize geometric shapes
in children is the teacher preparing the game media in the form of blocks
