UPAYA PENINGKATAN PERENCANAAN KARIR SISWA MELALUI METODE KLASIKAL DI KELAS XII ATP SMK PPN PADANG

Abstract


At SMK PPN Padang, it shows that many students in class XII have low career planning and
some even have no goals after graduating from SMK even though they are already in class XII.
This study aims to obtain an overview of students' career planning before and after receiving
classical services with discussion techniques and to prove that classical discussion techniques
can improve students' career planning efforts. The subjects of this research are students of class
XII ATP at SMK PPN Padang for the academic year 2021/2022. This research is a Classroom
Action Research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, namely planning,
implementation, observation, and reflection. It can be concluded that classical services with
discussion techniques affect efforts to improve the careers of class XII ATP SMK PPN Padang
students for the 2021/2022 academic year.
