PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI DENGAN MEDIA BENDA KONGKRET

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine whether by using concrete media the learning outcomes of addition in
grade 1 students of SD Negeri 2 Banjararjo could be improved. Thus, it is hoped that one of the good mathematics
learning media can be found as an additional insight for teachers so that they can organize quality learning. The
media used in this research is Classroom Action Research. The action studied was the use of student worksheets
in learning mathematics about addition. Data collected by test and non test. There are written tests, interviews,
and observations. The data is processed and analyzed to determine the success or failure of the research
conducted. The results showed that the use of concrete media can improve students' ability in learning
mathematics about addition. It can be seen from the results of the initial test conditions of 40% to 100%. For this
reason, it is expected that teachers apply this media in classroom learning as an alternative to existing learning
media so that student learning outcomes can be improved.
