UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 MELALUI MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING PADA KELAS V SD NEGERI 3 KETANDAN SEMESTER I TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/202

Abstract


This study aims to find out (1) how to increase interest in learning during the pandemic can be pursued though a
problem based learning model for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Ketandan, (2) how the steps of the problem
based learning model can increase the learning interest of fifth grade students. The research subjects were 6
students in class V, consisting of 1 male student and 5 female students. the type of research conducted is classroom
action research. The data collection techique is a questionnaire of interest in learning. The data analisis technique
is comparative descriptive analysis, namely the comparison of interest criteria from cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3.
The results of the study showed an increase in learning during the pandemic, which was pursued through a
problem based learning model, namely students who had a high interest in learning as mush as 50% ini cycle 1
and increased to 66, 67 % of all students in cycle 2. Increased interest in learning by 16, 67% of all students,
while in cycle 3 the increase ini learning interest became 100%. Increased interesr in learning by 33,33%. Interest
in learning increases through the problem based learning model with steps (1) orientation of students to problems
(2) Organizing students (3) guiding individual and group investigations (4) developing and presenting work (5)
analyzing and evaluating the problem solving process.
