PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA TEMA 3 MATERI SISTEM ORGAN PENCERNAAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) MELALUI MEDIA POWERPOINT DI KELAS 5 SDN JATIAN 02 TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022

Abstract


The background of this Classroom Action Research is because in science learning so far the teacher is still
dominant in only delivering material and has not used the right method. With these conditions, students in
receiving lessons find it difficult and get bored quickly so that science learning outcomes are low. Based on this,
classroom action research was conducted through the Problem Based Learning model assisted by powerpoint in
science learning. The goal to be achieved in this Classroom Action Research is to determine the learning outcomes
of students after using the Powerpoint-assisted Problem Based Learning model. This research is a classroom
action research whose implementation consists of 3 cycles. The subject of this research is Theme 3 material on
the Digestive Organ System in Humans, the subject of science class V UPTD SDN Jatian 02 with a total of 28
students. Students are declared complete if they reach the KKM score of 65. This increase can be seen from the
comparison of student learning outcomes from cycle 1, cycle 2, and cycle 3. At the stage of cycle 1, there were 10
students who were declared complete with a percentage of 36%. In cycle 2, students who are declared complete
have increased to 20 students with a percentage of 71%. In cycle 3, the number of students who achieved mastery
again increased as many as 24 students with a percentage of 86%. Thus, through the Problem Based Learning
learning model assisted by powerpoint, student learning outcomes can be increased. Based on the results of the
study, it is suggested that teachers should apply the Problem Based Learning model and use interesting learning
media such as powerpoint so that students can learn actively and their learning outcomes can increase and
motivate students, facilitate learning, organize classes, develop teaching materials, assess program outcomes.
