UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MANAJEMEN BELAJAR MELALUI BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TEKNIK PROBLEM SOLVING DI SMP NEGERI 2 SABU TIMUR

Abstract


Problems A phenomenon was found in students of SMP Negeri 2 East Shabu; in the learning process it is often
found that students forget to do assignments, not a few students prefer watching drama dramas than reading
textbooks, students are rarely seen in the library, during break hours students prefer to play cellphones than
reading textbooks and are passive in class. This study aims to obtain an overview of student learning management
before and after receiving group guidance services with Problem Solving techniques and to prove that problem
solving technique group guidance services can improve student learning management. The subjects of this study
were class IX students at SMP 2 Sabu Timur in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a Classroom Action
Research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and
reflection. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student management in learning through
group guidance on problem solving techniques, this is indicated by the increased enthusiasm for student learning,
students are diligent in doing their homework, no more books are left behind, students come to school on time. It
can be concluded that Group Guidance Services can be used as a medium to improve student learning
management. class IX at SMP Negeri 2 Sabu Timur, Academic Year 2021/2022
