PENERAPAN PAPER QUILLING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MOTORIK HALUS PADA ANAK KELOMPOK A1 DI TK MASYITHOH DUKUH IMOGIRI IMOGIRI BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


This study aimed to develop the fine motor skills of the students of A1 Group at TK Masyithoh Dukuh Imogiri Bantul
through quilling paper. The design of the study was action research which was conducted from 1 July to 13 August
2021 in three cycles. Each cycle entailed some steps namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects
were 5 students of Group A1 Semester 1 in the academic year of 2021/2022. The result showed that there were some
improvements in terms of the students' fine motor skills through quilling paper activities. These could be observed
from the quilling paper neatness which was improved from 40% at the beginning of the study to 66.67% at the end of
cycle 3.
