MENINGKATKAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING PADA SISWA KELAS X1 SMAN 1 KOMODO MELALUI PENERAPAN METODE ROLE PLAY TENTANG PEMAHAMAN ETIKA/ SOPAN SANTUN DI SMAN1 KOMODO KABUPATEN MANGGARAI BARAT

Abstract


This study applied the role play method to the material on understanding ethics/polite and the research
subjects were students of class X1 which consisted of 4 classes and 2 to 3 students were selected for each
class as samples for the study. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out the problems faced by
students by applying the role playing method to improve student achievement in class X1 at SMAN 1
Komodo. The results showed that the student's activity in the first cycle was 20 % and cycle 2 100% while
student learning completeness in cycle 40% and cycle 2 increased to 100%. Based on the results of the
research conducted, it is concluded that by applying the role play method to the material to understand
ethics / manners covering parents, teachers and the community, it can improve student achievement in
class XI SMAN I Komodo.
