UPAYA MEINGKATKAN PERCAYA DIRI BERGAUL MELALUI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TEKNIK SOSIODRAMA SMP NEGERI 9 PALU

Abstract


In SMP Negeri 9 Palu, it was shown that there were some students in grade VIII reflecting low levels of selfconfidence such as being aloof, quiet, difficult to get along with peers. This study aims to obtain a picture of
students' self-confidence before and after receiving group guidance services with sociodrama techniques and
prove that sociodrama technique group guidance services can increase students' self-confidence. The subjects of
this study were students of class VIIIE at SMP Negeri 9 Palu in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a
Counseling Guidance Action Research which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, namely
planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate that the general results of
students starting to get along with good categories, students have positive self-concepts well, students show
positive behavior in good categories, students enjoy hanging out with their friends in good categories. It can be
concluded that group guidance services with sociodrama techniques affect the self-confidence of class VIIIE
students of SMP Negeri 9 Palu in the 2021/2022 academic year.
