PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MANAJEMEN WAKTU BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI BIMBINGAN KLASIKAL DENGAN TEKNIK THINK, PAIR AND SHARE

Abstract


The condition of boarding schools requires students to be able to organize themselves in following a series of
activities at school. Differences in activities make grade VII students in particular often experience problems, such
as being late for school, skipping breakfast, missing textbooks or assignments, falling asleep in class, and so on.
For this reason, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of classical guidance services using think, pair, and
share techniques. Time management is the ability to allocate time to achieve goals. Individuals who are able to
manage time will determine the priority of the tasks at hand, focus time and energy on more important tasks.
Classical guidance is a guidance service that is given to all students together to gain understanding. Think pair
share is a combination of independent learning and group learning, so that students' abilities can be utilized
optimally with 3 main steps, namely Thinking, Pairing and Sharing. Through this research, significant changes
were made to students' learning time management abilities.
