PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA PADA SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI 2 KARANGTALUN KARANGDOWO KLATEN

Abstract


The background of this research is that the learning outcomes of science at SD Negeri 2 Karangtalun are still very
low and less than optimal so that students do not participate in the learning process. The purpose of this study was
to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in the material of locomotion and its functions in
animals and humans at SD Negeri 2 Karangtalun. The method used in this research is CAR (Classroom Action
Research) which consists of 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The results obtained indicate that an increase
in student learning outcomes goes well with improvements in each cycle and can achieve the research success
criteria. The result of the value of science subjects in the pre-cycle was 33.33%. Then the student learning
outcomes in the first cycle reached 41.67% and in the second cycle student learning outcomes increased to 93.34%.
