UPAYA PENINGKATAN PARTISIPASI SISWA KELAS II DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TATAP MAYA MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN POWERPOINT INTERAKTIF

Abstract


Virtual learning during the Covid-19 pandemic requires teachers to make creative and innovative steps so that the
learning process remains meaningful. The lack of media usage results in the learning process that is being less
enjoyable. This causes student participation to be very lacking. This research aims to improve learning in particular
to increase the participation of 2nd class students in virtual learning using interactive PowerPoint learning media at
SD Marsudirini St. Yoseph Muntilan. The research method used in this research is Classroom Action Research
(CAR), with the data analysis techniques that are in the form of qualitative descriptive. Quantitative data is used to
show the percentage of the findings. The results showed an improvement since pre-cycle implementation with a
percentage of student participation is 35%, 43% in the 1st cycle, and 75% in the 2nd cycle. The improvement occurred
because of the corrective action taken by using interactive PowerPoint learning media. For teachers, it is very
important to continuously improve the capabilities of digital technology. Schools and parents also need to prepare
themselves to face the development of advanced technology in the education field.
