UPAYA MEREDUKSI PERILAKU PERUNDUNGAN MELALUI BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK PROBLEM SOLVING

Abstract


Bullying behavior will affect the development of students and will have an impact on their future. Therefore, a
counseling guidance action research was conducted which aims to reduce bullying behavior through group
guidance with problem solving techniques for students of SMP Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung. This research method
is counseling guidance action research with two cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, implementation,
observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 8 7th grade students who had bullied. Subjects were
taken using purposive sampling technique. The instrument that the researcher uses is the bullying behavior scale.
Analysis of the data using the percentage technique and poured into the form of tables and graphs. The results of
this study indicate that bullying behavior in 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung can be reduced
through group guidance with problem solving techniques. In the pre-action cycle I the level of bullying was 78%
in the high category. After the second cycle the bullying behavior became 38.5% which was included in the low
category. Based on the results of Cycle I and Cycle II, there was a 39.5% decrease in bullying behavior
