UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PERENCANAAN KARIR MELALUI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KLASIKAL DENGAN METODE MIND MAPPING PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IX-B SMP NEGERI 2 KALIPUCANG TAHUN AJARAN 2021-2022

Abstract


According to Havighurst, one of the developmental tasks that must be achieved by early adolescents is to prepare
for an economic career (in Hurlock (1980). Based on the results of the distribution of the AKPD instrument to
grade 9 it was found that 52% of students don’t have an idea about their future aspirations. To facilitate the career
development task can be done through classical guidance with the mind mapping method. This research is an
action research consist of two variables, the independent variable and the dependent variable. Classical guidance
with the mind mapping method as the independent variable (influences) while career planning as the dependent
variable (influenced) The research subject is 9B class with purposive sampling technique. The data collection
instruments are psychological scale, observation and individual assignment. The stages of action research in each
cycle consist of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Analysis s data used through the total scoring
of the results of processing the psychological scale before and after the action of each cycle.
