UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KONTROL DIRI MELALUI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TEKNIK SOSIODRAMA PADA SISWA KELAS XII SMAN 1 PENAWARTAMA

Abstract


Based on the results of the analysis of the AKPD instrument from the basic aspects of ethical behavior on the 3rd
item, namely: "I am still often carried away by the current of bad relationships" obtained a percentage of 3.4%
with a high category. From these results, the authors conclude that there are still many students who follow the
flow of unfavorable associations. This is assumed because the lack of self-control in students is seen from the low
ability of students to modify behavior in conditions that are not pleasing to themselves (behavioral control). Based
on the problems above, the writer carried out guidance and counseling action research (PTBK) to find out whether
sociodrama technique group guidance could improve self-control for class XII students of SMAN 1 Penawartama.
This research was carried out with the following steps: planning, implementing actions, observing/observing and
reflecting on the actions that have been taken. The results of the action in the form of group guidance services with
sociodrama techniques with two cycles are known that there is an increase in student self-control, no more students
who have low self-control. From the results above, it can be concluded that the sociodrama technique group
guidance service can improve self-control for class XII students of SMAN 1 Penawartama
