PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA DENGAN PENGGUNAAN MEDIA POWER POINT

Abstract


This study aims to improve science learning outcomes through the use of power point media for fifth grade students
of SD Negeri 3 Tersobo, Prembun District, Kebumen Regency for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The problem
variables and the action variables in this study are the results of learning science and the use of power point
media. The place where this research was carried out was at SD Negeri 3 Tersobo. The form and strategy of the
research is Classroom Action Research which is carried out in 2 cycles. The subjects were all fifth grade students
of SD Negeri 3 Tersobo. Sources of research data come from teachers and students, science learning outcomes,
and science learning documents. The data collection technique used is observation for student and teacher activity
data, documents for learning process data, and tests for learning outcomes data. Data validity uses content
validity. The analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model. The results of the study can be concluded that
there is an increase in science learning outcomes through the use of power point media. It can be shown from the
data on the average change in learning outcomes before the action, cycle I, and cycle II as follows: 68.46; 71,92
and 80. Thus, the use of power point media can improve science learning outcomes for class V SD Negeri 3
Tersobo in the 2021/2022 academic year.
