PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA DENGAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING KELAS VI (ENAM) SD NEGERI 2 TEMPURAN

Abstract


Improving Student Learning Outcomes Through Problem Based Learning Models in Mathematics Subjects in
Class VI (Six) SD Negeri 2 Tempuran. This study aims to determine the improvement of mathematics learning
outcomes through the Problem Based Learning Model. The subjects of this study were sixth grade students of SD
Negeri 2 Tempuran. This research method is classroom action research which is carried out in three cycles. The
factor studied was student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes data were taken from test scores at the end of
each cycle and from observation sheets. This research was conducted in three cycles and each cycle consisted of:
planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Technical analysis of quantitative and qualitative data,
namely by looking at the results of the learning evaluation and the results of the percentage of mastery learning
from cycle I to cycle III. Student learning outcomes achieved in the first cycle were obtained from the top test
score of 90 with classical completeness of 64%. After applying the demonstration method in the second cycle, it
was obtained from the top test score of 90 with classical completeness of 68%. In the third cycle, it was obtained
from the top test score of 90 with classical completeness of 85%. Therefore, the results of this study accept and
prove the truth of the hypothesis which states that it is suspected that the use of Problem Based Learning Models
can improve learning outcomes of mathematics learning outcomes for basic competence volumes for students of
class VI SD Negeri 2 Tempuran for the academic year 2021-2022.
