PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS I TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN TEMA 4 SUBTEMA 1 MELALUI MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING

Abstract


Learning activities can be successful if students master the material being taught. The problem to be studied in
this research is how to improve student learning outcomes towards learning theme 4 sub-theme 1 by using problem
based learning model? The purpose of this study is to (1) describe the process of applying the problem based
learning model and (2) analyze the improvement of students' understanding after the implementation of the
problem based learning model. This research was conducted at SDN Ringinputih 2 for grade I students.
Improvements in learning were carried out using a problem based learning model for three cycles. The results
showed that student learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely cycle I (46%), cycle II (69%)
and cycle III (92%). The conclusion of this study is that the problem based learning model has succeeded in
increasing the understanding and learning outcomes of the grade I students at SDN Ringinputih 2.
