STIMULASI PENGEMBANGAN BERBICARA BAGI ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract


The developmental goals of speaking for early childhood are for verbal communication, enriching vocabulary and developing the language use so the children can speak fluently with the correct pronunciation according to the situations. Therefore, it is necessary to stimulate children’s speech development. The types of question, Right-here question, inference questions and personal connection questions. The stimulation of children's speaking development are 1) showing the interest and pleasure to children. 2) Providing balanced verbal and nonverbal messages. 3) Inviting the children to interact. 4) Listening carefully to what the children say. 5) Using the children's interest in the topic of conversation. 6) Speak kindly to children. 7) Talk to children informally, and 8) Avoid direct comments about the children.
