Gudeg Yogya Sebagai Materi Belajar BIPA A2 Untuk Teks Deskripsi dan Teks Prosedur

Abstract


Indonesia has a very diverse wealth, ranging from a wealth of natural resources to socio-cultural riches including a variety of special foods that show the characteristics of a region. One of the Indonesian specialties, especially from the Yogyakarta area which is very popular and has been worldwide, is Gudeg. Many local and foreign tourists are curious about what gudeg is and how to cook gudeg so that it can be delicious and delicious. Therefore, through this typical gudeg food, it can be used as a BIPA learning material for A2 level to learn descriptive text and procedure text. The purpose of this research is to teach descriptive texts and procedural texts to BIPA students at A2 level through the special food of the Yogyakarta region, namely gudeg, as well as to introduce Indonesian specialties to become more global. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data analysis technique used is through literature study. The results of this study indicate that gudeg Yogya can be used as a learning material for BIPA level A2 to study description texts and procedure texts.
