Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Whiteboard Animation pada Materi Teks Eksplanasi Kelas XI SMA

Abstract


This development research is motivated because the learning process is still monotonous and boring, which is caused by the lack of maximum learning media used in learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, due to the high needs of students, they want interesting and more modern learning media. This study aims to 1) describe the stages of developing whiteboard animation-based learning media for explanatory text material for class XI SMA; 2) describe the feasibility of developing whiteboard animation-based learning media for explanatory text material for class XI SMA. The collection method was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires or questionnaires. The research instruments were interview guides and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study concluded that the whiteboard animation-based learning media obtained "very decent" results with an average score of 91. The average score obtained from the validation score of material experts was 98.4, media experts were 80.6, teaching experts (teachers) of 93, and small-scale trials of 92.3. Based on the results of the assessment, it can be concluded that the whiteboard animation-based learning media is "very feasible" to be a learning media.
