Abstract

Kulonprogo has been free from underdeveloped villages since 2019. On the other hand, there are still many pockets of poverty in the region. The target partner for this service is the MA Darul Ulum school. Darul Ulum Madrasah Aliyah (MA) students mostly live in Darul Ulum huts/orphanages where the majority of their income comes from donations from donors. This resulted in unstable financial institutions. The target partner's financial problem is the dependence on income from donations which is unstable and consumptive. The second problem is that the human resources of school managers who are weak in financial literacy result in the limited ability of the institution's financial management. Therefore, this service team initiated the innovation of productive philanthropic instruments in the form of the "Share Alms" program.

The solution to partner problems, this service initiates an effort to increase human resource capacity with the theme "Productive Philanthropy of Shares Alms". The Shares Alms Program has several advantages that can be a solution to the problems of target partners. Share alms are productive so that they provide more optimal added value to the recipient. In addition, with its productive nature, it is hoped that it will attract more donors.

The implementation method consists of three activities, namely socialization, literacy assistance and financial inclusion. The output target of this ministry is the establishment of a capital market education gallery which is managed professionally by human resources from the target partner, namely MA Muhammadiyah Darul Ulum Kulonprogro. Activities that have been carried out are socialization and ToT. The socialization activity involved target partners, namely school managers and teachers of MA Darul Ulum Galur. In addition, the socialization also involved partners, namely FAC Sekuritas. Another activity that has been carried out is the student ToT as a companion to target partners in managing stock investments.
