Kompetensi Guru PAUD: Pelatihan Guru PAUD dalam Permainan Out Door

Abstract


The child's ability to survive has not developed as expected. Children's daily activities inform that the teacher is complicated, and later they fall, or in other words, the child quickly gives up—the teacher's lack of knowledge in using indoor games to develop children's self. The purpose of the activity is to provide knowledge and skills for PAUD teachers to use outdoor games to increase the resilience of children. The subjects of this service activity are PAUD teachers with 150 people in the Sumberharjo Village, Sleman. This community service activity method uses the assignment, discussion and evaluation method. The results of community service show that outdoor games can train and shape children's resilience abilities. Outdoor games can provide learning activities filled with challenging, adventurous and accessible games that influence personality, confidence, problem-solving and an attitude of not giving up easily. Training related to PAUD teacher games is also provided with ice-breaking training to invite children to have fun at school.
