Program kemitraan masyarakat bagi usaha kecil rekayasa elektronika di Kabupaten Sleman

Abstract

The development of electronic technology, especially electronic engineering for education and training is a promising creative business opportunity. The small industry in this field that develops in Sleman Regency is Blogotech, the business of design and assembly of the Robotics Training Trainer, and AiraPCB, the business of making PCBs for Blogotech, both of which are partners of this community service. The purpose of this activity is to help overcome obstacles experienced by partners which include financial management, production management, marketing, production equipment and production materials. Financial management training provided includes financial planning, recording cash flows, and business development investment methods. Production management training provided includes production planning, production flow, quality assurance and maintenance of production equipment. Marketing training is carried out by introducing media and marketing methods today through social media and websites. Production problems can be solved by procuring laser cutting machines and raw materials for manufacturing robotics trainer innovation samples for Blogotech, and procuring equipment to support PCB manufacturing for AiraPCB. Regular assistance is carried out to assist partners in implementing the material of training. This activity is able to motivate and increase the ability of both partners to manage and develop their businesses
