Pelatihan penulisan artikel populer bagi guru SMP Unggulan Aisyiyah Bantul

Abstract


One of the activities to encourage the enthusiasm of writing to teachers in order to succeed the literacy program was to write scientific articles and popular articles. This community service program aims to provide teachers with scientific and popular writing skills in the context of school publications. The method was used to achieve the objectives i.e. (1) Pre-Training Activities include the Socialization and Signing of the MoU, (2) Training I with material exploring ideas, determining topics or themes, making draft writing and writing practices, (3) Training II with material editing scripts, writing finished scripts, sending strategies to the mass media, and strategies for collaborating with the mass media (4) collecting scripts, and (5) documenting scripts. The impact of these activities is increasing the ability to write popular articles among teachers and the realization of the anthology of teacher writing in the form of popular.
