Abstract

Waste management and processing carried out since from the household and the agricultural scene is an effort to help the community in solving environmental health problems. Therefore, through community empowerment efforts in solving the waste problem, it is hoped that the waste problem is not only the responsibility of the government, but also the responsibility of all levels of society. Managing waste can be done with the principle of reduce, reuse and recycle, or reuse and recycle waste. The method used is to provide counseling and training in the use of household and agricultural waste using lecture, discussion, question and answer and practice methods. The results of community service activities provide alternative treatment and development of household waste and agricultural waste into leachate and composter, liquid and solid organic briquettes and fertilizers. Community service activities in Argorejo Village can run well and smoothly. Participants are enthusiastic and can work well together.
