Pemberdayaan kaum ibu desa sinduadi melalui pengelolaan bahan makanan dan pelatihan aplikasi pemasaran berbasis mobile

Abstract

Mothers in Sinduadi village, Mlati district, Sleman regency, still have limited knowledge and abilities in processing and marketing the home industrial food products. For all this time, food products made are less attractive and still have low sale value because of the less creativity both in the processing and packaging. Besides, the marketing has also not been optimal. The objective of this activity is to give trainings on the food management starting from selecting foodstuffs, processing, packaging, and also online marketing that is suitable and effective with mobile application. The activities conducted covers the practice of processing foodstuffs from chicken and fish meat those are nuggets, dragon feets, meatballs, and creating online shop for marketing the products. The result expected is participants of the training have knowledge and abilities in processing and marketing their products via online shops.
