Pelatihan Pengembangan SSP Berbasis Learning Management System untuk mendukung pembelajaran online dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19

Abstract


This activity was motivated by the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic where teachers must be able to manage online learning while paying attention to learning content. This activity aims to provide training to improve the knowledge and skills of mathematics teachers in developing Subject Specific Pedagogy (SSP) and managing mathematics learning online using the Edmodo platform. The target of this service is 25 mathematics teachers at Muhammadiyah Junior High Schools in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The method used was to provide 18 training sessions to teachers related to the material in ICT expertise, provide 22 training sessions to teachers related to mathematics education material, and provide 20 sessions for monitoring and mentoring teachers in implementing research results in the form of developing learning kits and its implementation in the teaching and learning process. Each activity session is planned for 50 minutes, where each day there will be 8 sessions. The results of the service have an impact on the knowledge and skills of teachers in developing SSP mathematics and managing online mathematics learning using the Edmodo platform.
