Abstract


The development of the industrial era 4.0 makes knowledge about Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the world of education a necessity so that students can continue to follow the flow of technological developments and can develop skills in solving problems. Higher order thinking skills are needed by students in order to solve everyday problems with reasoning and logic that has been built. One way to hone children's thinking is to think in a computer way, which is to train children to find solutions to problems faced daily by using computer algorithms to work. In the education system, the computational way of thinking is a problem-solving tool or method that describes the subject matter of the problem and its solution as computer logic does. The process involves skills and training to design a computing system so that computers can do what we want and explain and interpret things that happen in real life as a process of information itself. In this community service activity, the introduction and training of Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers were carried out in relation to the concept of computational thinking and the Bebras PANDAI Movement. The concept and principles of implementing free by providing practice in solving free questions. The ultimate goal of this training is to include students in free competitions.
