Peningkatan Pelayanan Posyandu Lansia Melalui Pengenalan Internet dan Pelatihan Aplikasi SimPePosLa (Sistem Informasi Management dan Pemeriksaan Posyandu Lansia)

Abstract

One of the hamlets in Wukirsari Village that has the highest number of pre-elderly and elderly people compared to other hamlets is Dusun Nogosari II, but the elderly posyandu in this hamlet has not been able to run properly due to limited human resources (HR). In addition, the role of information technology has not been fully utilized by the elderly Posyandu cadres, Wredo Utomo. Older data recording and examination data still use books which take a long time. There are no recommendations on the results of the examination of the elderly at the posyandu that can be used as a reference for the examination to a higher level. Even though all elderly posyandu cadres have cellphone facilities. Therefore, in this service, an application for the Management Information System and Inspection of Posyadnu Elderly (SimPePosLa) was made and internet training as the basis. The method used is preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparation is done by conducting interviews with posyandu cadres related to the applications needed, making the SimPePosLa application, making user guides and video tutorials on using the application. In addition, the creation of internet introduction material and video material. The implementation of training is a direct training practice which is carried out on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 13.30 to 17.00. Elderly posyandu cadres practice the SimPePosla application directly using their respective cellphones and training assistance is carried out online using WhatsApp media. Evaluation is carried out after the training is complete by distributing questionnaires to participants.The result of this service is that participants consisting of elderly Posyandu cadres are able to use the internet to search for important information related to elderly posyandu and can also use the SimPePosLa application properly.
