Perbaikan pengelolaan keuangan dan kebersihan di tengah isu Covid-19 kantin UAD

Abstract


UMKM in Indonesia are one of the pillars of the economy. As it is known, UMKM in Indonesia have a much larger number than large-scale companies. The Ahmad Dahlan University canteen is a form of UMKM within the University. UAD canteen has problems including in terms of business development. The problems encountered include the absence of operational standards in the selection of raw materials and production processes. limited product variants, lack of healthy food products and unstructured financial recording processes. This community service was carried out on the manager of the UAD canteen, which was carried out using two kinds of methods, namely the socialization method and the training method. The socialization aims to provide insights to canteen managers on how to maintain cleanliness in accordance with good and correct operational standards and in accordance with health standards. The training aims to make the canteen financial reports more orderly by using Ms. Software, Excell.
