Abstract


Waste generated from laundry, especially liquid waste, becomes a major problem in the environment when it is not managed properly. Environmental pollution becomes a major problem when large volumes of liquid waste are not managed properly. Currently, disposal of waste to the environment continues. Laundry in a day can produce liquid waste of more than 500 L. The problem faced is public awareness of the importance of managing the waste that is generated and disposed of continuously into the environment. The negative impact of unmanaged waste disposal can result in environmental pollution. The method used is to carry out waste management in Laundry. Waste management is carried out by designing a waste management system, selecting the materials used, and making waste treatment, evaluating wastewater. The result of this program is to obtain waste water that is clean and ready to be disposed of into the environment without polluting the environment.
