Pemberdayaan Guru dalam Rangka Diet Plastik Untuk Mendukung PHBS di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kesehatan Binatama Sleman DIY

Abstract

Indonesia's plastic pollution has contributed to 6.8 million tons of plastic waste per year. Increasingly day by day, the use of plastic is increasing, especially in education / school settings, there is still the behavior of school residents who do not care about garbage hygiene, making Binatama Health Vocational School in Sinduadi Village, Mlati District, Sleman Regency, DI Yogyakarta to take part in reducing and overcoming plastic waste through Plastic Diet activities. The purpose of implementing this service program is for support SMK Kesehatan Binatama Sinduadi Sleman DIY in creating graduates who care and are aware of environmental cleanliness. This program is implemented within 2 days with the
method of implementing the method of extension, video playback and question and answer. The training is conducted using online media with a zoom application. The target  participants are the Binatama Health Vocational School Teachers. The results of this service program can help Binatama Health School create a healthy school that applies a plastic diet activities. In addition, the results of this training can pass on the information to students, so that it can provide education to students to encourage the creation of school PHBS. The value of teacher knowledge before and after counseling was carried out on the average result of an increase from 20.3 to 20.8 with the lowest score of 18 and the highest score of 22.
