Abstract

The current national problems of the Indonesian state that are very important to overcome are the problems of unemployment, corruption and drug use. Graduates who are not ready to work often become unemployed because they are unable to compete and get a job, even when they are already working, it will be difficult to carry out tasks in their work and will eventually leave their jobs. In addition, character education that is lacking from school and promiscuity that occurs in the environment of SMK students makes SMK graduates vulnerable to the problems of corruption and drug use which are currently rife. The aim of this program is to empower students with work readiness TOT and anti-corruption and drug education in increasing students' knowledge and skills so that they can transfer these abilities to other students on an ongoing basis from year to year. The method of implementation is through training conducted in the meeting hall of SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu. The target of this program is class XII students totaling 30 students. The program was implemented for 2 days, namely 21 and 22 October 2020. Previously for 2-3 weeks coordination and preparations were carried out for the implementation of the program. The TOT program for work readiness and anti-corruption and drug education includes training students' communication Skills with teachers in activities teaching and learning, students' adaptability through appropriate learning styles, collaboration Skills, self-management abilities, fostering a high entrepreneurial desire, independence, discipline, responsibility, high motivation to learn, and anti-corruption and drug training. Participants were very enthusiastic in following the training from session to session. This can be seen from the students who pay attention to the speakers, are involved in discussions and also ask and answer questions. In this training, there is also a measurement of students' job readiness abilities before and after training to show the effectiveness of this training. The evaluation results showed that there was an increase in work readiness knowledge before being given training and after being given this training. The implication of the TOT given is that students have knowledge and skills regarding work readiness after graduating from SMK and can apply them to their friends in the learning process at school.
