Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pelatihan Tata Kelola dan Pemasaran Online Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Desa Salam Kecamatan Patuk Kabupaten Gunung Kidul

Abstract


Salam village's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) have not been well managed so far as well as marketing is still done traditionally, so the purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge about the management of UMKM both in terms of management and finance, another goal is to help MSMEs in making videos which is uploaded on youtobe or other social media as online marketing.

The service method is carried out in two ways, namely in the form of counseling activities on how to manage MSMEs both in management and in managing finances, the second activity is in the form of training in making online marketing videos.

The service activities were carried out in the Salam village, Patuk District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region which was held on October 14 and 16, 2020 and 5, 6 November 2020 followed by 20 UMKMs engaged in services and products. The results of the dedication, there were 6 UMKM that succeeded in making online marketing videos that were uploaded on YouTube, and 14 were uploaded on other social media, based on the results of the pre-test and post-test showed the impact of the activity, namely an increase in understanding of good management and financial management of UMKM, and There is an increase in the way offline marketing has usually shifted to online marketing through social media.
