Training of trainer (TOT) sekolah calon ayah calon ibu hebat dengan pendekatan coaching

Abstract


This community service program aims to provide skills in a coaching method approach to improve partner facilitators in managing individuals and groups who have school programs for prospective fathers of prospective mothers. Approach Coaching aims to move people or individuals from their present conditions to the target condition in terms of  goals, performance, targets, solutions, life goals, and others with individuals and groups. This community service is in collaboration with the Rumpun Nurani Foundation Partners (YRN). The implementation of the TOT training program with a coaching approach to YRN Partners is adjust to the pandemic conditions in Indonesia with the online method using Zoom media. The number of training participants was 12 people.
