Peningkaatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Melalui Pelatihan Penyusunan SSP Tematik Berbasis TPACK

Abstract


The background of this service is the importance of TPACK-based thematic pedagogy specific subjects for elementary school teachers in order to make learning outcomes successful, especially learning in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The purpose of this service is for elementary school teachers in the Seleman region to have knowledge and be able to develop specific pedagogical subjects TPACK-based thematic. The target of this service is 79 people consisting of elementary school teachers in the Seleman area. The method used in this activity is online by using strategies 1) active cooperative learning, 2) Project based learning and 3) performance, namely the practice of making learning tools in the form of TPACK-based thematic lesson plans, digital teaching materials and interactive learning media to support SSP. TPACK-based thematic. The results of the training show that 1) the trainees are able to compile specific subject-specific thematic pedagogy based on TPACK. This is indicated by a significant change in the learning tools developed, in addition to being able to develop digital teaching materials in the form of presentation materials, learning videos and interactive student worksheets (LKPD) by utilizing the Canva for education application. 2) Training on the preparation of specific subjects based on TPACK-based thematic pedagogy was enthusiastically attended by elementary school teachers in the Sleman Region. This is evidenced by the consistency of participant attendance from the first meeting to the third meeting of around 98%. In addition, it is also shown by the enthusiasm of the training participants to consult when completing independent tasks through assistance by the service team, so that the independent tasks that were successfully collected by the training participants through the provided task bag, namely the google form, were around 95%.
