Faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi subjective well-being pada remaja yang tinggal di pondok pesantren

Abstract


Masa remaja merupakan masa badai dan stress yang penuh dengan konflik dan  perubahan suasana hati. Konflik pada remaja muncul karena ketidakmampuan remaja untuk menghadapi dan menyelesaikan masalahnya sehingga akan menimbulkan dampak negatif. Hal ini juga berlaku pada remaja yang tinggal di pondok pesantren, karena berasal dari berbagai latar belakang yang berbeda, remaja membutuhkan proses adaptasi di lingkungan pesantren dan sistem belajarnya. Permasalahan lainnya, remaja yang tinggal di pondok pesantren merasa ketidakbebasan untuk menggali potensi diri dan rendah dalam menentukan pilihannya. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi kualitas hidup remaja di pondok pesantren dari sisi subjective well-being (kesejahteraan subjektif). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi subjective well-being. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kepustakaan (literature review). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi subjective well-being yaitu optimisme, self compassion, dukungan sosial dan kebersyukuran.
