Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi

Abstract


Resiliensi adalah kemampuan individu untuk bangkit dalam menghadapi dan mengatasi situasi yang berisiko dan penuh tekanan melalui pertahanan kompetensi yang dimiliki serta adaptasi yang positif dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan dari pengalaman yang penuh tekanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hasil-hasil penelitian (literature review) mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi pada individu. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada database elektronik Google Scholar,SAGE Journals, Elsevier, Science directdan Research Gate dengan menggunakan kata kunci “resiliensi”. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa  resiliensi dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal.Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi resiliensi antara lain spritualitas, selfefficacy, optimisme, self esteem, sedangkan faktor ekstrenal yang mempengaruhi resiliensi adalah dukungan social.
