Abstract


Type A motorcycle club is a group that is filled with many people who like to ride their motorcycles together. It has become a subculture that is usually done by lovers of motorbikes. The activities that are usually carried out are riding motorbikes around the city and even touring from point A to point B. People who ride motorcycles initially join a group, organization, or association that they follow. Sometimes they join some motorcycle clubs that have several rules, such as the type of motorcycle, the size of the CC of the vehicle and even the age of the vehicle. Driving behavior on the road is also one of the requirements to join certain motorcycle clubs, how the norms are on the road, towards the community, even obeying the rules of traffic signs on the road. They follow what they are interested in, both in motorcycles and also for fun and binding. new friendship with each other.the important is how the researcher collecting the data about the problem of the topic. So the focusing on this topic, the researcher want to analyze the impact of outlaws done by motorcycle gangs and perspectives of people about what they do and what is the motives of formation of motorcycle gang. the result of this topic was The criminality committed by outlaw motorcycle gangs has two themes. The first follows the OMCG cultural tradition based on toxic masculinity, which is violent and even conducts territorial wars,so he author found the problem of this topic.
