Change Management for New Student Admissions

Abstract

The change management process for new student admissions (PPDB) carried out in elementary schools for grade 1 students is still using the offline socialization method at this time, namely by using a direct socialization system to Kindergartens around the Pleret Bantul area. In this era of globalization, the demand for information systems related to PPDB using online with googleforms from the school's web. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide socialization related to the management of PPDB changes, which used to still use an offline system, for now they have used an online system using googleforms from the school's web. The partner of this activity is SD Muhammadiyah Wonokromo 1 Pleret Bantul. This PPDB change management socialization design begins with a pre-test and ends with a post-test. The results of the pre-test and post-test will later become a parameter for the success of this socialization implementation. This socialization program consists of PPDB Management, Elementary School Curriculum, Library Infrastructure, Entrepreneurship. The results of the analysis of the pre-test and post-test values showed a significant difference in the average value of the socialization material (p-value <0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using online media with googleforms from the school's web on increasing the number of students at SD Muhammadiyah Wonokromo 1 Pleret Bantul.
